YES!!! I am so happy to see that we are moving forward to doing something to either bring back or find an equivalent to the rule of 90. It only makes sense to school districts financially and the incentive to bring new teachers to the career!

This rule of 90 grandfathered in is going to go. We need something in place before this expires.

I can't imagine that school districts will be able to afford to pay teachers until the age of 66. I am eligible to retire at the end of this school year with the rule of 90. I can't even imagine teaching until age 66! I strongly urge the rule of 90 be reinstated. I feel it is in the best interest of teachers and students alike.

I missed the rule of 90 by 2 months.
I would like to have the same benefits as my colleagues.
This legislation would allow me to be energized during the final years of my career.

Thank you for doing this for the union membership. We need energetic and inspired educators. Not overworked and exhausted educators.

I graduated from college in 1990, the first year this was implemented. I teach physical education. Do you want a 60 plus old teaching PE......?
Yes!!
I fully support this petition.
