It is already hard to recruit people to this career. The Rule of 90 makes sense for educators and for districts. Let's keep providing the best education we can by honoring the teachers who dedicate their lives to our children.

The 3% per is a slap in the face. With a law like that it will be more and more difficult to recruit quality people into one of the most important professions in America.

Please, please, being elementary ed. teacher is awesome, however I cannot do this job until I am 66. It is way too physically demanding.

It is tragic that many new and innovative teachers will not find work in our great state due to the lack of rule of 90. We need to cycle the work force thru so they can take our place.

I fully support this proposal and feel it is the the best financial interest for districts not to keep teachers all the way to age 66 as well.
