Britain is a Christian country and the Lord's Prayer part of the very fabric of our society. How can it be deemed offensive? Cinemas regularly show offensive adverts depicting sex and violence. Shame on them.

No reason at all not to let it run. At best it reminds people what christmas is about and put them back in touch with their faith, at worst..well just ignore it. I can think of far worse things to have to listen to.

There might be coming a time of regret for what we have omitted now. Churchill asked the nation at the invasion from the Germans for prayer, there was an amazing result.
In the Lord Prayer we ask for a Kingdom of peace and justice. People need to be reminded more than ever.

What is wrong with you? All those adverts that are offensive to millions and yet a prayer to the Creator is offensive. Get real and stop the nonsense.

Who are you worried about offending? As it says, "Don’t be bluffed into silence by the threats of bullies...Save your fear for God, who holds your entire life—body and soul—in his hands."
