Please stop the ridiculousness of keeping people unhealthy to perpetuate patients in the medical system. Hiding the truth from a policy panel is immoral and unethical.

If all dissenting views are eliminated in any group discussion, all that's left is an echo chamber. Which, apparently, is what the other members of the panel want: Not a search for the truth, but a confirmation of their collective bias.
