As a nutritional therapist I find in appalling that all views and science aren't being heard

Nina, you have a solid back up. I truly believe in your research and consider us "brother and sister in arms". Good luck!

Enough of stacking the panel - let the sunshine on the issues.

Policy discussion by its very nature needs to be open to all views. I want Nina there to represent my views.

I AM NOT SURPRISED. AND IF THIS KIND OF CENSORSHIP IS WHAT PASSES FOR INTELLIGENT EXCHANGE OF SCIENTIFIC INFORMATION I BELIEVE NORTH AMERICANS WILL BE DEPRIVED OF IMPORTANT PROGRESS FOR YET ANOTHER GENERATION . POLITICIANS, LOBBY GROUPS FOR THE FOOD INDUSTRIES, BIG PHARMA, THE MEDICAL ESTABLISHMENT, INSURANCE COMPANIES, ETC., WILL ALL PROSPER AT THE EXPENSE OF THE NATION'S HEALTH. IT REMAINS FOR EACH PERSON TO DO THEIR OWN RESEARCH. HEART DISEASE, OBESITY, DIABETES, CANCER, ALZHEIMER'S HAVE BEEN INCREASING FOR DECADES. CLEARLY, THE STATUS QUO NUTRITION DOGMA HAS NOT BEEN HELPFUL. IT MUST BE CHALLENGED.

The dis-invitation of Nina Teicholz screams out-loud that the vested interests of the nutrition-industrial complex are running scared of the truth. Their emperor clothes are a little thread-bare.

Seems odd to have a program change like this late in the planning cycle. Well, more to the point, it looks bad.

As someone who has been able to regain control of my food cravings and binge eating by eating a high fat, low carb diet, I know through personal experience that the dietary suggestions made by Nina Teischolz and numerous other experts deserve to be heard and not suppressed by the industry. It is a discrace that Nina was disinvited from the food policy panel and the decision should be reversed.

This seems quite heavy handed and unfair to me.

Differing views should be heard. Our dietary polices are obviously not working giving the level of obesity in the US. Ms. Teicholz should be heard. What are they afraid of.
