Please invite Nina Teicholz again. True scientists, such as Sagan and Feynman would openly criticize your panel for your very unscientific behavior. Censorship has NO PLACE in science, as the great Carl Sagan stressed! No place whatsoever! Dispicable!

The CFA's Food Policy Panel would benefit from Teicholz's perspective. If this seems controversial, let's do more research comparing rates of mortality, heart disease, and diabetes between those who eat high-carb / low fat and those who eat low-carb / high (good, omega-3 balanced) fat.

I agree we need this type of research regarding food issues. The 'low fat, cholesterol' phase did a lot of health damage and caused the population to veer from healthy fats and other nutrition needlessly..

my grandpa lived to be 103 his meals always had cream butter fresh milk and cheese and of course beef at every meal ,he didn't eat pork and chicken was for Sunday or creamed chicken soup and he was a very healthy man farming well in his ninety's

Ketogenic low-carb, the only diet that can claim to cure type 2 diabetes as long as you remain on it because it retrains your body to burn fat instead of sugar for energy.

Please reinstate Nina Teicholz on the Food Policy Panel. We need someone on the Panel to represent the other side of the nutrition "science" that we all know is not working. As a diabetic I was failed by the conventional wisdom of the ADA and so-called "diabetes educators". It wasn't until my doctor convinced me to try a non-carb based diet that my diabetes was reversed and came under great control. The other side DOES NEED to be represented. Stop paying homage to big agriculture and big pharma. Start standing up for real people.
