Had some major growth moments through this program. Met some wonderful people that I’m still very close with 10 years later. My brother is also currently an achiever until this all happened.

This is the most valuable program to come out of this museum, and I say this as a former F1 and F2. Especially in times like these, all a museum is worth to it's community is the education it provides. If you can't get people in the door, you have to work to provide programming, supplement curriculum and supplies, partner with schools and park districts, and find ways to perpetuate the values of the institution in the real world. This program did that. Do not let this pandemic reduce this place to cowardice and prejudice, when no opportunity for outreach has been greater.

This program means a lot to me, I made close connections with other achievers and felt like I made an impact on our community by inspiring the inventive genius in everyone.

This program helped me grow some much as a person and really helped he face my fears. I used to be so anxious in social situations especially when talking to strangers and getting up in front of people and talking. Because of this program I really learned how to work with others, embrace myself and gain confidence. I would hate to see this program go and to see others miss this opportunity.

My daughter participates in this program. She now holds 2 Degrees in science and is in her 2nd year of Medical School. This program makes a difference.

I was in the Science Minors/Achievers program when I was in high school. I got to have so many opportunities of developing leadership skills not only at the museum but the whole city of Chicago. I gained so many close friends. I wish that other teens can experience this.
