Bell Media did exactly the same here at Kfun Radio in Waterloo. They let go some 4 hosts and changed the format. Bell is all about the bottom line. While executives at Bell line their collective pockets they have no idea what goes on in radio broadcasting. These two stations are only the beginning.

Very sorry to hear that rockin ray michaels is no longer on CKOC!I regularly listen to the station & he is/was my favorite personality on the station!Please bring him back if possible.Too bad that EVERYTHING has to be about $$$! :(

Very sorry to hear of the loss of a good hard working man Rock'n Ray. He was a very dedicated man to his work and people. I was alway taught when you had something good leave it alone. Why does it alway have to be about the money. I feel sorry for CKOC because you are going to lose a lot of people, especially the baby boomers.

Bell has murdered another popular and long standing institution. I will never listen to a Bell Media station again. I will not renew my phone contract with Bell. When will they ever learn ?

Rock "N" Ray Michaels has become part owner of D-Moos.com and along with myself and several others in our family we plan on delivering Personality Radio back to the listeners.;We are Canada's #1 Internet Radio Station playing the Classic Hits from the 50s 60s 70s and 80s.We are building a studio for Ray as we speak in a place never before broadcast from.This may be bigger than the WKRP Turkey Drop.
We are owned by the people and we serve you our people!
