I don't normally give two hoots about people who live in $4000/mo condos. But this man was doing a wonderful job for the tenants, and they apparently loved him, an uncommon thing among the affluent. He should not be punished for doing something rare in today's society: going above the minimum performance expected in any job.

I don't live in this building, but I wish I did just to meet someone like this, I can tell you though if I did live here I would be so mad and I would leave my apartment and move elsewhere, this isint right..this is so crazy, how do you get fired for doing your job and doing it well, this guy needs to be congratulated not fired, this is so asinine, I can't even wrap my head around it

Fired for being too nice? Perhaps the staffing company should be fired for being too ridiculous.

How anybody can get fired for being too friendly is beyond me. This man needs to be reinstated with a raise.
