I'd really like to hear more from the people in the building and Ralph about this. It defies logic, and is probably the kind of thing that happens a lot, so keen to find out more and see justice for Ralph.

Do not punish people for doing their job extra well. We live in an ugly world sometimes and this doorman should be rewarded for being a good employee!

Why would a company fire someone who is going the extra mile, for no more then his normal pay mind you. I would hire him back, he could have a rightful temination for no cause case.

Seriously theres a lot worse things that employees are doing than going above and beyond the call of duty as such! Put your energies into areas that well make a change for the better not something that is already working for the better
