I live in the building and was shocked to hear Ralph was let go. The petition sums up the situation perfectly. Ralph helps make this a great place to live. Please reinstate him.

You don't find people of today to go above and beyond especially in a customer service position. I refuse to have another person such as myself or my husband fired or not given their due because it is applied that the position will be filled by a person who cares more about the dollar than the job.
