Cindy Silverback has made it very clear why we must stand in solidarity with those who treat people with respect and kindness regardless of race, gender and ability - if we didn't we would live in a world where comments like that are the norm rather than the exception! Talk about a great world to wake up to in the morning. I live in London and want to support this petition - though I have to ask what changes do the tenants who want Ralph Body reinstated, want him to be coached towards? If he is nice, respectful and goes beyond the call of duty, sounds not only like his employers could benefit from his coaching but give him a promotion and raise!

It is very disheartening to read that a man that went above and beyond at his job would be hastily terminated. This is the type of employee many would jump on the opportunity to have! If his helpfulness was problematic for Heatherwood, sure they could have had his employer provide coaching and/or warning to him before deciding to terminate his employment altogether. It also sounds like this individual contributed to Heatherwood having happy tenants that wanted to stay and also prospects that wanted to move there because of this man. The company definitely did itself a lot more harm than good. They could have handled this a totally different way.

If he even wants his job back, I wish him all the best, but I would not want to work for a company who fired me for doing an exceptionally good job!
