Please reconsider opening the Lagoon. It's a good way for people to get out and exercise as well as to enjoy nature. Thank you for your consideration.

Many times when I needed some nature time after a bad day this is where I would go to calm myself. I have watched it evolve over the past few years and miss seeing my birds and my nature.

Outdoor spaces should never be closed. Nothing should have been forcefully closed to begin with, but that's another matter.
