Professor Charles Thomas II was abruptly removed from his classes as of October 20th, 2014 for what will be either a 30 day or semester suspension. No one knows actually how long because information has not been effectively communicated to his current students. Professor Thomas has been teaching Law 240, Law 340 and Business Communications at CSUDH since 2009. During this time, both former and current students can attest that Professor Thomas is: (1) One of the most professional and ethical instructors we have in CBAPP, (2) Would do nothing to intentionally harm or make a student feel uncomfortable, (3) Would do nothing to jeopardize his character and career, (4) Expects a collegiate level of responsibility and courtesy from his students, and (5) Encourages open dialogue between himself and students.
