Dr. Miller has helped several families I that I know work their way through the trauma of adoption so that the children have happy, healthy and meaningful lives. She is an inspiration and should be practicing.

I hope folks who have had direct experience with this gifted therapist will all speak up vociferously in her defense, and not allow these weak allegations to go unrefuted. I've heard about Dr. Miller's good work for years, from parents "in the trenches" with an attachment disordered child. As an adoptive parent in this situation, trying to find this type of help, I know how heartbreaking it is, and how few therapists will go out on a limb for these most challenging kids. The fact that Dr. Miller has been doing this for many years, and with good results, should be brought to the attention of the OBPE, and I hope this petition will help.

This witch hunting needs to stop !
People are innocent UNTIL proven guilty. Lies do not prove that, only facts!
I have met Dr. Kali and worked along side her as a volunteer at attachment camps. She is one of the sweetest , gentlest, caring people I know. She would never harm a child or anyone for that matter.
I have known many good therapists who have helped lots of families and their children (who have experienced trauma) who have been attacked and falsely accused by these anti attachment groups and /or people with their own personal misguided agendas.
In every case these attachment therapists (who care deeply about these children and families), have not been allowed to prove their innocence in court and defend themselves against false allegations, bizarre accusations, and unfounded claims.
These anti attachment vigilantes are hurting families and children by depriving us of skilled, trained, educated, and talented therapists.
It is hard enough to find those who really understand trauma, it's effect on the developing brain and attachment . Yet harder still is to know how to teach parents what to do, to help in supporting their children heal from the trauma.
Stop! Stop taking away these therapist's license, who have helped so many. By their fruits you shall know them.
Track down instead those people who truly cause children trauma, and get them help. Chances are many of them were abused, neglected, or abandoned as children and did not get the help they need in time!
I have volunteered as staff many times and attended as a family many attachments camps.
I have seen many miracles of healing that happen as parents are taught the tools to help support their children's healing.
So many families ( I have stayed in touch with many of them over the last ten years or more ) have avoided having their children end up in an RTC, juvenile hall, or jail, because they got the help they needed soon enough.
Our society is at risk!

We've heard first hand from the Thompson family of the amazing results their family experienced and witnessed as a result of the specialized therapy program with Dr. Kali Miller. We wish her to be reinstated at the earliest possible opportunity. Thank you.

I look forward to being able to publically refute the bizarre and false allegations the board has brought against me and to sharing the positive and beneficial interventions I did use and recommend. I am confident that my heart for hurting children will shine through and I will continue to speak the truth with love.

I personally attended a therapy camp with my son, daughter-in-law and their adopted daughters who suffer from various attachment disorders due to early childhood traumas and neglect while in the care of their natural mother and others. I found Dr Kali to be a warm, caring person and amazing therapist. Her work with my granddaughters and all the parents and children in camp was extremely therapeutic! We still use her techniques with our children today. She has been and still is a tremendous blessing to our family.

She is a wonderful, warm person who has helped both of my children. They love her dearly. This is a tragedy because she has helped so many.

Dr. Kali Miller is one of the kindest and most genuinely caring therapists I have ever met. Her desire to help families heal and thrive is evident in her study and work. Unfortunately there is a lack of understanding of attachment healing. I wish more people would try to learn the ideology of current attachment therapy.

Kali is an amazing therapist- she helped our family through some very difficult times as our daughter healed from her trauma. Even though it's been two years since they last saw her, they still talk about her and miss her. What was done to her was a travesty. The world needs more people like Dr Kali, not less.

Dr. Miller has a gift for working with attachment-challenged children. To suspend her license hurts not only Dr. Miller but the children and families she serves.

Dr. Miller is and has been nothing but professional and supportive and beyond qualified to help children and families of children that have attachment disorders. She is the victim in my opinion and needs all the support and help we can give her.
