I think this is bang out of order the poor bloke can't help but be ill, if he come to work you would of sent him home so get your head up your back side and get this poor bloke his job back

Paul is a tremendous person, I've known him since I was a teenager, what has happened to him is disgusting, and TESCO should think again about what they have done, especially he has been victimised by colleagues!!

This is unfair we have long term illness cannot get any help so are in a position to work and are informed before even excepting for the job so usually full aware of what could happen so are employed then sack due to illness how's that fair ?
