It just cant work this way. Please dont hike the fees.

Increment is unfair and not ethical . This need to postpone for the current batches.

It's not fair to increase fees during our program. Fees are also important factor while choosing university for international students. You can't just increase it untill we finish our study. Now after doing part time job also, I don't think that I will have enough money to pay fees. It's highly unethical step from University.

Most of those impacted by this funnily enough, come from countries that are much much lower income than Canada, extorting those people for more and more money every year is just bizzare.

Food costs are already astronomical now, and rent has doubled in the last few years. this is unacceptable

We are already getting less than what we paid for by doing online classes. The quality of the experience we paid for has gone down tremendously. Why should we have to pay more for lower quality education?

Increasing international tuitions during a global pandemic is a complete violation of students' rights. At the moment universities offering remote session is no different than online run open university, then would this increased fee be justified.

Fees are too high for international students

Living costs are increasing, however our incomes are not. In a 4 year program, a student would be paying around 12.5% more their last year than their first. this is astonishing and I find that it is very unethical to ask of increasing fees year over year to unsuspecting students.

This is just not possible for me. The extension of the fee is unacceptable to many including me, that's out of bounds for me.

This increase of fees for international students is ridiculous

Even if we are now pointing toward beating COVID-19 with the vaccines, these raises are not acceptable with the dip in the income that students are experiencing during this time

There should have been a reduction in the fees the students pay since no student is using dalhouise property so the electricity, heat, and operational costs should have been reimbursed, let alone an increase in fees. At this time of uncertainty it is unethical for the university to ask for an increase

This is basically unfair. The World needs to emphasise mainly on education, there are students, who are smart, intelligent, and logical enough to RUN the world, but their tunnel is barricaded with their tution expense. This will make it difficult for the upcoming generations here to take over this planet, Cant blend education with Business, EDUCATION IS EDUCATION. Dont throw away talents with exceptional brilliance !! MONEY CANT BE THE REASON....
