Bro look. The mosque is not above the law. It is a charity which has funding from the government. Surely not to belittle the whole discussion if a manager from a school is sacked the community is not involved in that process. Surely everyone must agree that the imam is held accountable to the contract that he signed willingly. When i gave money to the mosque it was not for the purpose of having a say in how it was managed. Every single person gave that money for the sake of allah swt. Now that same community is driving itself apart. I am taking my leave of the discussion and my child out of good wood community centre NOT because the mufti has been sacked but because he and he alone has driven a wedge in the community by not fulfilling his employment contract knowing full well how much support he had from us and rallying the community against the trustees to pursue his own purpose.
