In addition to the aforementioned, Monika also brought passion and creativity to the restaurant, always making sure there were decorations for every holiday, fun drink specials and themes. She was always willing to work with the residents for planning birthday meals and other special events, like the numerous holiday parties that she coordinated with the chef to include special menu’s.

She is the best! She works as hard as her staff and still remains professional and pleasant to all. It’s a huge disservice to our community to lose such a valuable honest manager. Please, I beg you, reconsider and reinstate her immediately. Pay more attention to our gates and people crossing over the golf course

Monica was an amazing manager who was so micromanaged and struggled with getting qualified applicants, but SHE made the O&T perfect for our community.
