All my interactions with long-time OPRC employee Miguel Mendosa were positive ones. His warm and friendly personality, always made the Pro Shop more welcoming. He was a valuable, involved employee that contributed a lot of great energy to our Club. He will be sorely missed by members, and guests, too. I always got along well with Miguel. As I do not know the facts of the action taken to terminate Miguel's employment, I will not sign this PETITION. We have confidence in Brenda Culbertson, the OPRC Management and our Board of Directors.

The ignorance of seemingly functional adults here is laughable. Signing this is insulting to the numerous people who have been negatively affected by the transgressions of this individual. Are people really dumb enough to think this was caused by listening to spanish music at a high volume?? What a joke.

Wow! Never thought I’d see the day the club I grew up playing at would do this to one of their most loyal and cherished employees. I agree with Ric Browning that we should fund a lawyer. Or for the Board to hear Miguel out. I haven’t been around lately but he was always a good friend to me.

My family has always appreciated Miguel’s friendliness and helpfulness. My 5-year-old son, Graham, looks for Miguel every time we enter or leave the club because Miguel will always take a few minutes to play with Graham and get him giggling. Miguel has also been very knowledgeable and helpful with stringing our racquets and with other shop purchases. We feel that Miguel was an asset to the club.

This is the one person you could count on in the pro shop. He always had a smile and a hello. Was very helpful and knew what he was doing. He would go the extra mile for anyone. This is a real loss to our club
