My girls love Lorri's coaching style and they have learned and improved their skills tremendously. Our choice would be to have Lorri back!

Lorri has coached Scott for over 3 years. She understands Scott's strengths and weaknesses, and knows how to bring the best out of him. She's an excellent coach and we're very satisfied with every aspect of her coaching. She also organizes extras like off-ice jump class and yoga for improving skaters abilities. It is extremely disappointing that KWSC does not recognize the value Lorri brings to the coaching team at the club.

We have 2 skaters coached by Lorri at our home. Based on our 5+ years of experience Lorri is an excellent coach and is very hard working. She spends most of her time really on ice. We never had any late of other attendance issues with her for years. The kids love her and cannot believe her contract is not renewed.

Lorri has been my coach for six years. She has taught me to skate outside my comfort zone, to believe in myself, and to push myself further than I thought was possible.

I would encourage the Board of KWSC to examine their "Project Renew" strategy and ensure it includes a full customer engagement and communication model -- including a skills gap analysis of the club's administration. This has been one of the worst customer relationship and communication experiences I have ever seen and it is clear that the club is hurting for a strategy and skills in this area. At the core this club is a community service provider and, accordingly, there needs to be a customer-centric focus if they hope to maintain customers in today's age. I wish everyone involved the best.

Lorri has done a great job coaching my daughter. She always coaches kids with a positive attitude and excellent technical skills. And she makes skating fun for kids. A few sentences in Lorri's recent email to her skaters: "My greatest challenge right now as their coach is to help my skaters become more fit, strong and "body aware". This means paying close attention to what each skater needs, their strengths AND weaknesses, and delivering the best training I can, including using as many resources as are necessary." reflect her focus and dedication. She helped her skaters in many ways by providing necessary information and giving good recommendations.

Lorri is a fantastic coach. It is disappointing that KWSC is not recognizing her hard work and dedication to the club. It is also hard to believe that the parents were not consulted about this decision.
