We want Mrs. Hayes back!! It's scary to think that they left the "male teachers" there and took out a great administrator. Shame on the TVUSD school board.
What a shame, that something this low occurred in our city. Shame on TVUSD!

Ms. Hayes needs to be reinstated as she is an outstanding principal whom the students adore and staff look up to for direction

Mrs. Hayes was the best mentor and most supportive woman through crucial years of my life. Getting rid of her and denying future generations her guidance is the worst thing you can do for the children's future!

I am shocked and dismayed at the travesty and injustice! Mrs. Hayes has been the best thing that ever happened to Margarita Middle.

If you are a concerned citizen, please take a minute to sign this petition to help bring back our amazing principal. After sitting through 3 hours of heart felt, touching, stomach turning speeches from our teachers, students and from Mrs. Hayes herself, I cannot just stand by quietly and let this happen to my daughters school. The teachers are being bullied & harassed and it has to stop! We can make a difference. Please help! Thank you!

Mrs. Hayes has given exemplary service to our community. She is a woman who is unmatched in her desire to encourage and inspire our children to become the best that they can be. She is a leader with a genuine desire to make a positive difference, envisioning academic success for all students. She works in collaboration with faculty, staff, students, and parents effectively and with passion. Her strength and dedication is what motivates the children, their parents, and the community. Her door has always been open to anyone in need of her ear. It is a travesty that in this day and age, a beloved and rightfully respected leader can be removed based on the insecurity of a small few. Mrs. Hayes is an amazingly strong woman who is unfortunately experiencing an outdated but painfully present climate which is incredulously fostering unethical and reprehensible behavior. Shame on the board for trying to rob our community of such a leader; women of strength and purpose should be showcased not silenced.

Mrs. Hayes is a true leader and strong principal. She is kind, caring and compassionate, firm and fair. All of my worries about sending my children to middle school were relieved knowing that Mrs. Hayes was principal.

Standing with Mrs. Hayes is supporting our kids and wanting to fix a broken and out of touch board who doesn't represent its electors.
