Our family was in support of Mrs. Hayes before tonight's meeting at Wilson Creek. Now we are in support and in awe of her battle and struggles. We will continue to stand by her and all the good she stands for.

Mrs. Hayes was unjustly fired and the s hook board should be ashamed of itself for not protecting our teachers and students from these 3 bully teachers. They knew it was s problem for 5 years yet they choose to do nothing.

Mrs. Hayes, I have only heard wonderful things about you from my friends whose children went to MMS. Mr. Ritter may claim that the public is misinformed, but its far worse go be informed and still take no action on potentially dangerous situations.

Karen Hayes doesn't deserve to lose her job. She put her students and school first! She does everything she can to help her students succeed!

Karen Hayes is an incredible woman, and an even better principal!! I am mind blown that her job is at risk at all!! This is ridiculous, and unfair. I currently live in Nevada, but I was thinking about moving back just because I would like my kids in the schools in temecula. That is all because of my experience there, mostly with Mrs. Hayes. She was my principal in middle school, and still to this day I try to go visit when I'm in town. She helped me through so much, along with many other students.

I am so disgusted. how does happen? the best principal in Temecula . I have been thru alot of principals at this point in my children's educations Mrs Hayes goes above and beyond to ensure every child is safe and able to speak with her for anything. I personally witnessed this woman after school driving around looking for a child . Not to mention all the other wonderful things she does for our children daily. this is a disgrace when district leaves teachers and faculty working that have many complaints on.

When a community like ours gets together in efforts to get back a special person like Mrs. Hayes, it means something big and special, it means she has won many hearts...There is a big reason we want her back guiding our children....And that reason is very obvious, she was born to teach, guide, advise, and overall be there for you when you need her the most...I love that beautiful smile she has on her face all the time, she is so kind and positive, in my over 40 yrs of life , I have not met a principal as cool as her, we miss her and want her back....AND WE ARE GETTING HER BACK. The good will always win over the bad.....I want her to be in the graduation for class of 2015 extending those certificates and giving out that final speech that always gets me...God is big and fair and the outcome will be gratifying...Thank you Mrs. Hayes for being who you are ......."First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, THEN YOU WIN"... ~Mahatma Gandhi

Mrs. Hayes is a beloved Principal, with good character, morals and values! I have known her for 13 yrs and she has served our children, teachers, & parents well.
