Good luck Haji, in my time at the Lexington I had full faith in your abilities!

Haji is a very kind, caring and very professional man. During our time living at the Lexington Apartments, he took great care of us. He is a very respectful and courteous human being. He made us feel very safe and was exceptional in his role. I am 100% behind him getting re-instated to his role.

My wife and I lived at the Lexington for two years. During that time, we built a good friendship with Haji. He was always very helpful and courteous and I have always seen him as being friendly, yet professional with everyone who visited or stayed at the Lexington. Hope he gets re-instated to his role.

I have spent several holidays at The Lexington with my family in an apartment we have rented through my trade union in Denmark. Every time we visited Haji has made us feel very welcome. He has always been professional, courteous, extremely helpful and very very kind to us all. He has made us feel safe, made us smile and been the best "tourist guide" ever - all done from behind the "counter" in he Hall. We would very much like to visit London again and preferably stay at The Lexington - but it will feel empty without Haji. We do not live at The Lexington and therefore have no a say in this matter but we sincerely hope that Haji will be reinstated in his old position as so many wishes him to be.

Having visited friends and family at the Lexington for over 10 years, I am very shocked and saddened to hear that Hadji has been treated so unfairly. He has always extended a warm an genuine welcome, (remembers my name, even if it's been years between visits), and has been an exceptional ambassador for the building and occupants. He is a genuinely helpful, friendly man and could not have been more professional. I look forward to hearing that Hadji is back in his rightful position at the Lexington soon.

I know Haji for more than 4 year since I became an owner of a flat in the Lexington appartements. I fully trust him. I strongly encourage JAR to put him back to this job.

I cannot support this petition enough. From the moment I moved into Lexington with my family, at thirteen years old, Haji has been friendly, helpful, courteous and hard-working. Now, ten years on, I cannot believe that a man who has dedicated so much of himself to the Lexington could be so easily dismissed. One particular incident I remember: when someone stole a bicycle from the parking lot, Haji ran down City Road after the thief and retrieved the bicycle from him. This is just one of many incidents where Haji has gone beyond the call of duty as concierge of the Lexington. I fully lend my support to this petition, and hope that JAR reinstate Haji in the immediate future.

I am saddened to hear about this - from the day I moved into my apartment almost 13 years ago I have known Haji to have been an exceptionally loyal, helpful and courteous person - I am greatly concerned by the action which was purported to have been taken on our behalf in terminating his employment, and I am disturbed by what I have heard about the circumstances and background. I wholeheartedly endorse the call for his reinstatement.

I have been at the Lexington for nearly five years now and have always found Haji to be calm, helpful and professional, often going far beyond what is expected of him. The whole incident has been badly handled by JAR and Haji should be reinstated immediately.

I have know Haji since 2004 and always found him professional, helpful and happy. I can't believe that this has happened without a proper investigation and his dismissal is unfair considering the years of professional service he has given.

Had I for a moment thought that the outcome of this situation would result in Haji's dismissal, I would have voiced my opinion earlier. In my nine years in the Lexington I have found him to be the most obliging, competent and hard working of all the concierges bar none. My faith in JAR however leaves a lot to be desired to the point that I question their ability and competence . The whole issue appears vindictive, extreme and unwarranted and I am happy to lend my support to achieve what I consider the most appropriate outcome for Haji, which is nothing less than his reinstatement.

I am very concerned that Haji seems to have been dismissed with little due process. Not only is this unfair on Haji, it is potentially putting us, as leaseholders at risk of legal action and the costs associated with that. A warning would seem to me to be a more suitable sanction. In terms of Haji himself, I have known him for more than 10 years, and I would vouch for his good character.

I've been resident in Lexington for at least 8 years. Haji has always been very helpful, courteous and professional. Haji should not have been fired.

I've been resident in The Lexington since 2000. Haji has always been courteous, professional and very helpful to me and my relatives. I'm shocked and saddened that a loyal employee should be treated like this.

I've known Haji since we first lived in the Lexington in 2005. He has always been incredibly friendly and gone out of his way to assist me and my partner in any matter we have raised concerning the building. It would be appalling to loose him from the concierge team; his vast knowledge of the building has meant he's often located and solve problems on site that have perplexed professional tradespeople. I urge JAR to reinstate him asap. Dr Lloyd Newson OBE and Dr David Thompson
