Reinstate Fay Presto MIMC Back to The Magic Circle.

Fay's a total pro. But if she wants to be a member of that benighted body of duffers and amateurs, she should certainly be allowed to.

Obviously I can't comment as there is a post by Mark Lee saying Members may care to note that disciplinary action can be taken if Council reasonably believes that a Member has done something that has or might reasonably be expected to negatively impact the Society or its reputation. So in other words if I comment to much in the privacy of my home I may face a similar outting? GOOD LUCK Fay x

Better to have fay Presto than not. Forgive and forget. Move forward, she is an asset not to be messed with, however I do feel her apology was genuine.

Fay deserves much better than this!

Reinstate Fay. She’s the best thing about TMC and brings awe to thousands.

I believe that Fay is the reason many magicians exist, it is ludicrous for her not to be a member of the circle.

Just reinstate her.

Fay Presto is one of the best magicians out there, she is accessible and kind and a great representative for women and trans people. This is extremely unfair and at this stage in her life to ban her from TMC for a year is cruel and an extreme over reaction. She has felt a lot of prejudice and had to fight her corner for a very long time and clearly snapped during the said incident. She has apologised and to not accept her apology feels very cruel hearted and grudge bearing. Please re consider and re-instate this lady. Thanks

Fay Presto is the first woman of the Magic Circle, she is pure elegance and has always worked for the best. She is an important figure in the world of magic and doesn't deserve this bann from the club based on such silly motivations. She should remain in the club because she is trying to bring innovation in the Magic Circle keeping its caratteristica elegance.

This seems so unjust. Everyone can make a mistake and Fay has genuinely apologized for the one she made. The punishment should fit the crime but in the case it really doesn't seem to. You have my support Fay!

I like Fay. The magic Circle is a better organisation with her as a part of it. Please reconsider.

If an independent investigation made recommendations why ignore the outcome. Poor show Magic Circle

Accept the recommendation and reverse the ban. We all have human frailties. Life is short, talent is scarce.

I believe Fay Presto should be reinstated as I have seen her work at close quarters and seen the magical look on children’s faces when the “magic” happens.... this has lead several young people I know to explore magic in more detail - Fay Presto is therefore a superb ambassador to magic
