Why. Eric is always there and has done a great job as far as I’m concerned. He listens and takes care of situations. He’s visible and friendly. I would like to know why he was let go without any warning or any advanced notice. It seems we’re letting a lot of good people go and I’m not sure why the board is making these decisions.

Big mistake to let Eric go. He was the reason the club increased membership to capacity, worked tirelessly to make guests feel welcome, and was a critical face of the club. Please bring him back. The club won’t be the same without him. This seems personal, not based on the club’s best interests.

This seems quite extreme and marks the second time a beloved employee is abruptly released- can we know why? For an individual who was the heart and soul of this club, and likely recruited most its members, FHCC owes him gratitude and a fair chance. Bring Eric back.

Eric has always been helpful and tried very hard to address our concerns. He is always reachable and responsive. Many members that I know feel the same way. If he leaves, it will be a huge disappointment to many members. I hope that the club can address the concerns of our members and do everything possible to keep such an excellent employee in the club. It is people like Eric that make members feel welcome and at home and make Friendly Hill unique and stand out. It will be a loss if he leaves! He is a valuable asset to the club. As a member, I urge the management and the Board to step in to not lose him.
