Reinstate Dr Goddard's medical license.

I worked alongside Dr. Goddard for seven years. He is extremely skilled and knowledgeable in his area of expertise and thorough as a provider. I was also his patient and he delivered both of my children. I trust his care and absolutely believe he should be able to provide for patients again. He served our country, served our community for over 25 years, and genuinely cares about the health and well being of others. Please reinstate his license.

One of the best experiences I had was seeing Dr. Goddard while I was having a high risk pregnancy. He goes above and beyond for your mental and physical well being!

Dr. Goddard was my OB-GYN and delivered two of my babies. He was always informative and helpful and took time to answer any questions I had. I had complete trust in his competency throughout my entire pregnancy and delivery,. We became patients of Dr. Goddard's when we heard he was the best OB-GYN in our county and perhaps beyond. He certainly lived up to that reputation.

He treated me & my mom for cancer! He deserves to be back helping patients!

Dr. Goddard is an amazing doctor and a wonderful colleague. He should not be punished for doing the right thing in a corrupt system.

Dr. Goddard was my doctor for years and was one of the best I have ever been to. He was always respectful, equitable, and professional, while also showing extensive knowledge, support and compassion. He is a favorite among many in this community for his years of service and dedication.

This honest, upstanding, caring doctor deserves to quickly get back to serving his patients! Please reinstate his license as soon as possible.

We need Dr. Goddard.

Dr. Goddard is the best! When I was his patient, he was always kind, professional, helpful, informative, and most of all made me feel relaxed, unafraid, and has a great sense of humor! It would be a loss for many women if he were not able to practice any longer!! Reinstate him!

Doctor Goddard delivered 3 of my 4 children. He is the only man in town women trust as a OBGYN and the only man I would want delivering my babies. Us women cannot afford to lose him.

This man has dedicated his life to helping people. It is ridiculous to revoke his license as he has shown responsibility toward his patients before all. The man is needed in the medical community. Ad a physician myself, I aspire to treat my patients as Dr. Goddard has. I feel that by not reinstating his medical license, the board is showing significant irresponsibility towards the patients in California and Iowa.

This is outrageous! I worked for over 7 years with Dr Goddard in a CA hospital. I served on the Medical Executive Committee for over four years and was Chief of Surgery where Dr. Goddard practiced. There was never any concern re: his care for his patients. Removal of a physicians’ license without any hearing or voice from the physician is egregious. He is a talented , respected, hard working OB/Gyn who always has his patients’ and babies’ best interests first. He was punished by CA medical board for protecting four high-risk pregnant patients from potential harm from a vaccine that had never been tested on pregnant women in 2020. He was protecting his patients and their babies. That’s totally ethical. Taking his license away for this decision without a hearing is NOT AT ALL ethical or just. Now hundreds of patients are left stranded without his care, which makes CA board responsible for contributing to hundreds of patients’ being unable to access timely, safe and quality care from a well respected, high-quality OB/GYN Janette Carpenter, MD Otolaryngology Head&Neck surgery.
