We, the citizens of the town of Mandeni Ward 3, Padianagar and surrounding areas petition the Ilembe District Municipality and the local Mandeni Municipality to:

• reinstate roads that are deteriorating
• to improve the frequent water interruptions
• due to the pipeline construction, roads have been dug up causing community frustration.
• to repair street lights that are not working
• to clear out overgrown verges
• to remove stray animals in and around the community
• to improve poor stormwater drainage systems
• to assist with sewer/water tariffs.

We request both municipalities to give us time frames in addressing the concerns of our community.
