It's crazy how they pick on people for acting in a union and other random things that are somehow 'unacceptable'.

Absolutely disgraceful. This type of action will never withstand closer scrutiny.

After 28 year's unblemished service with University of Liverpool, she deserves a medal. No organization is allowed to advertise a role that has been made redundant.

This injustice has to be addressed. She should be reinstated immediately. The disruption caused by this redundancy never takes into accounht the knowledge and experience of long serving member of staff.

Universities of all organisations should be the first places to recognise the importance of allowing dissent.

I personally know Dawn Holdman since 1985 and can testimony about her reliability and her honesty. A University should be an example but this seems not be the case for University of Liverpool. Are we in 2017 or in 1926 ??? Tiens bon Dawn, les Frenchies vont leur faire de la pub !!

If this type of behaviour is not vigarously and collectively challeneged there will be no UCU! We must fight together whatever it takes.

I wonder if the people who make these decisions answer truthfully when their children ask them what they did at work today? 'I was heartless and uncaring dear' does not even begin to scratch the surface

Another attack on an active trade unionist! Wishing you every success in your struggle.

Shame on you "University" of Liverpool!

In solidarity. This is the most common form of anti trade union victimisation. Get members together and demand strike action!

I was a UCU Equality Rep in a uni. Victimisation should be part of the job description in this role. Shameful that our publicly-funded institutions pay Trumpeteers to attack those of us who aspire to work within the human rights laws of this country.
