As a disabled Professor in IACD I am shocked at the crass insensitivity of this decision which is further a clear attack on trade unionism by an increasingly reactionary management

I am extremely disappointed and dismayed by the University's treatment of Dawn, a most valuable asset to both the Union and the University in so may ways. I sincerely hope a fair and satisfactory solution can be found.

I hope this redundancy can be withdrawn and Dawn reinstated. It is difficult to imagine a worse advertisement for the UoL as an employer.

Important to take a stand on behalf of a hardworking administrator and committed trade unionist - Dawn has always worked hard to support others, and we're all fully supportive of her in these difficult circumstances.
