It is quite apparent the university no longer recognise and value the work of the support staff especially those that have given them long term service. They have also being trying to erradicate union representatives one way or another for some time. The place is becoming a farce. The campus looks a mess and the university is no longer thought of as the main university in Liverpool. John Moores has taken that title. The top management are on huge sums of money and education has now become big business. If that is the case why arent proper business people running these institutions?

The way the university treats its loyal staff is despicable,i cant say im surprised ,ive seen the things the university has done over the last few years to its staff, like changing peoples contracts to inferior ones thus lowering peoples standards of living and causing them hardship.Something needs to be done to stop the rot .

Blatant case of discrimination, having to attend several interviews while other persons are favourably 'slotted' into replacement roles.
