I first met him in earlier this year. I was on the Alumni Weekend Committee. He was at a couple of meeting. He and his boys volunteered to help with the events. They worked so well together. I spoke with him about being the coach. He said couldn't be a happier. Frank Tingley '65

I don’t know Coach Redemer like the football players but I once told him I wanted to play football and he was a nice man telling me I can practice with the team to see what I think of it and maybe join the football team next year. He does not deserve this, I can see football players really like him and I can see why. He should stay as head coach.

A man like this with his dedication to the kids on and off the field is one of a kind he treats these kids like one of his own. He needs to come back for the sack of the kids.

Coach Redemer does not deserve this..his boys(football players) need him.. he help so many students to do good ND to graduate high school even my own nephew's Aj ND Nelson I have witnessed how this man helped ND pushed my nephews to have good grades ND on the field..we need this man back.. hopefully he will be reinstated..

This man is one of the greatest person at Hayward High. Some people might see him as a football coach but the ones that knows him knows that he’s more than that. He’s a father figure, a mentor, a teacher, a friend. He puts his student’s future before his own career. He carries himself with a high standard and he expects the same for his own players and students. He doesn’t come to work just to teach student English or coach football players. He comes to work ready to change lives and make a different in the community. He comes to work everyday to help students become more than what they are expected to be in the Hayward community. He is shaping the students of Hayward High school into young men and women.

He was the reason we had a lot of the things we do now and it’s unfair that he’s fired for someone threatening him and his team and the students defended themselves. It was the kids choice to jump the person threatening the team and the coach. He shouldn’t be fired for other people’s actions. Hayward high needs to be great again not just get worse

Redemer is my English teacher this year and he motivates each and one of us in that class to do good . He not only is a great teacher but he’s a great football couch. I’m friends with some of the football players and all they say is good stuff about Redemer how they get treated as a family and he motivates them to go to school and do good at school. Redemer deserves to keep his job as a football couch nobody can do it better than him !
