He is an amazing coach all my 4 years of going there my classmates loved having him he’s apart of the Hayward High family this is very wrong !!! Can’t believe you guys would do this to someone so important to our community!

As a person who has coached against Justin, I can say he is 100% there for the right reasons. I really hope a great coach like him get’s another chance to show his great character.

Never had him as a coach but I knew him as a teacher and he was caring and wise teacher that has taught alot about life I now carry with me forever.

Great support for coach, but let’s not forget the kids who were also wrongfully punished for standing up for their coach. Some were suspended for 5 days, while others who made death threats to the coach & team got a measly 2 day suspension. Let us also not forget the athletes who work hard for their right to play, were stripped of that this past Friday. Seymour would rather stand up for kids that disrespect and threaten his coach and team then stand by his own football program.

The main reason my little brother plays for the Hayward High jv team is because he wanted to eventually be coached by Mr. Redemer and as an alumni and formerly taught by Mr. Redemer I strongly believe that he is one of the strongest influencers on that campus, as when I attended HHS.

I didn't know him well but he was an awesome coach and won games with his team so he's awesome
