My son is no longer in wrestling but while wrestling under direction of Coach Needham we saw great changes in our son. Coach Needham works hard and is a dedicated coach to the boys, both on and off the mat. Keep Coach Needham!

Coach Needham took teaching the wrestlers above and beyond. Not only did he help develop their teqnique and work ethic but taught them how wrestling applies to life. All of his actions were in the best interest of the team and he has the capability to create a very successful program. He already increased the win rate from 18% among wrestlers to 49% in one season

Please reinstate coach Needham. Shane is a valuable asset to our Moscow wrestling program. Our wrestlers will be short changed without him.
Thank you,
Dirk Durham

MSD #281 messes up once again. Nothing wrong with bettering the future and youth of this community. Extremely disappointed in the education system we are coming to have since my graduation in 2014.

Absolutely the best coach our boys have ever had! Shane is whole heartedly 100% for the children and their success, not only in wrestling but also in life! Dismissing him is a huge mistake for the Moscow community.

I've never may a coach so committed to the betterment of his athletes as wrestlers and as individuals of character. Shane knows the sport and is an amazing rolemodel for the next geberation. To dismiss such an awesome individual is not only absurd but just plain sad for the Moscow school district. They don't know what they're giving up on.

Coach Needham is the best thing that happened to the wrestling program. He pushes his wrestlers to strive for greatness and nothing less. He is the most inspirational man I've ever met.

I don't sign this on behalf of my husband but in support of these kids. Some of these kids do not have someone who believes in them as much as Shane. Do not take that away from these kids. Admin is willing to sacrifice the well being of children in order to regain control over matters they shouldn't be worrying about.

Never met anyone that cares so much and has so much passion for kids of all ages. We have witnessed nothing but success with our own children, let alone his own children. Would be nothing short of a huge mistake to not reinstate Shane Needham as head coach of MHS wrestling. God forbid we have winners at MHS!

We need him for the high school wrestling team. Why try to change something when everything is going perfectly?
