Shane is one of those once in a lifetime mentors that his students will never forget. To dismiss him is a huge disservice to the students at Moscow High School (both wrestlers and those who come in contact with the program).
Please reinstate him.

One of the greatest coaches I have ever seen. He doesn't just focus on the physicality of the sport but creating self confidence and respectable young men.

I don't know what the administration is thinking. You've been a huge blessing for those kids and for mine as well. Thanks for all you do.

Coach Needham is the single greatest driving force in a growing, stellar wrestling program with a very exciting future. I don't know a single wrestler, or parent that is not excited to have him as our head coach. Reinstate him.

I don't want to wrestle for anyone else. He has turned this program around.
