Shane Needham should definitely be the Moscow High School Head Wrestling coach. He has done more for this team than any other head coach in recent history. Our family has been involved in Mosciw wrestling for over 14 years and Shane is a positive influence for these kids and needs to be re instated.

We've been involved in Moscow Wrestling for over 14 years. Shane Needham has been the most positive influence and has contributed more to of the high school team and club teams since we've been involved. He is an incredibly positive influence on these children and should absolutely be re instated as the Moscow High School Head coach.

Coach Needham is a hardworking successful member of our community who knows wrestling, but most importantly, knows how to work hard and succeed. Please let him pass this inspiration,, and his support, on to our youth. My question: How could you?

Coach Needham is an incredible role model for our wrestlers. He provides positive leadership, a great work ethic, teaches respect and love, incredible generosity, and displays the importance of accountability. We need more people with the character qualities that Shane constantly displays.

Coach Shane is extreamly devoted to the wrestling programs in Moscow, both highschool and club. No one is more fit for the highschool wrestling coach position than coach Shane. It is sad and disappointing that Moscow school district does not see this, and does not care about our children and their future. Isn't that why they are working for US to help sculpt our children into something great. I hope there will be some reconsideration on Moscow school districts behalf.

They obviously don't understand who they are letting go of. A man of amazing accomplishments in his life, willing to share his time, talent and knowledge with these kids. Hope they wake up!

I am just a concerned member of the community who knows many of the families impacted by this abrupt decision by MHS. I want to support Coach Needham and he should be reinstated. If not, the district has a lot of explaining to do.

Can't believe this is happening to you Shane! Your the best teacher, coach and leader Gary and I have ever seen. The kids love and respect you so much! Have these people ever once came to meet and watched you? I don't think so! We pray God will open there eyes and "bag" you to come back and coach!

The students who Coach Needham coaches want him. That says a lot. It's important to revisit this decision of dismissing him without rationale.

Coach Needham has been a true asset to our son and his teammates. The time, dedication, morals, and endless positive reinforcement he has given to the boys are priceless. Coach Needham does not need to be released from his duties, he needs a raise and should be a mentor to all of Moscow coaching staff!
