This is unacceptable behavior at a University for a person like an Athletic Director to decide to fire a member of the Staff and leave Alumni being confused do to the lack of transparency and the motives behind the decision making; and it is not a one person’s decision. The Athletic Director can make a recommendation to the President, but there has to be due process even at a HBCU.

Coach hill has done a great job at helping mold young black men into law abiding citizens in the community. It's devistating to hear the news and frankly it would be hard for me to support my own alma mater knowing that they would terminate someone who has done so much for so many athletes in his journey.

I didn't even play basketball & Coach Hill still had an impact on me. We shared the same last name so that was a bond that got us to talking & he shared some great advice every day I would see him in passing that helped me get through college & LIFE!

I was headed to someone's prison or funeral home before I met Coach Hill... This man gave me the opportunity to turn my life around and guided me every step of the way to my degree! #ReinstateCoachHill

I have only had the pleasure of knowing Coach Hill for a short time. Yet it feels has if I've know him a life time. The passion, commitment and LOVE he has, not just for the game , rather the guidance he gives the young men he coach. Speaks value of just the type of man he is. Truly a man of great character and integrity . I was totally shocked by the news of his termination. I mean REALLY SHOCKED. I sign this petition proudly in support of requesting his REINSTATEMENT! Peace & Blessings
