I believe the department and Coach Hill can work to a resolve and allow him to advance the program but make any adjustments necessary to better the department as well.

Soooooo they win a championship and you fire him?! Talk about @$z backwards. When I was there coach was like a father. Caring about everybody's wellbeing no matter if you were a player or a spectator, an Ex athlete or an average student. He was an OUTSTANDING coach! Outstanding! He birthed numerous great athletes. Who ever fired him doesn't want the future of Lincoln athletics to continue to strive for greatness yet they are ok with mediocrity . Smh Bring back Coach Hill!

I am a former player of coach Hill. I am profoundly disappointed and confused by the decision to fire coach. He turned around a program that was at the very bottom and made it respectable with few resources. He was a role model to many young men and should be celebrated.
