Coach has been a wonderful blessing to Lincoln Univ. And to the kids in his program. When other schools get 8 to 10 scholarship and your univ has 4. Man I no div. 3 programs with more then Linc. & U still go out and win and finish near the top 2 middle of ciaa each year. . Smh. That's crazy.. He has been a top Volunteer to our program working with Acc and top D1. Players and future NBA players from our summer league. Ncproam.com

I've known coach Hill for about 6 yrs now and I've seen the impact he had some of the young mens lives like Justin and George Jackson. Being a coach myself its important to change our kids lives in a positive way. I've seen the program under previous coaches before coach Hill and theirs no comparison to how much he changed the mind set from then until now.Coach Hill hold the title of coach in the right way, because their's coaches that claim the title but they don't meet up to the responsibility. Coach has honored his obligation and commitment to the kids and to the program.
It's a different era or generation of kids who need responsible people who wants to make a difference in our young men and young women's lives.
