Coach Hill is a great man. I was one of his players and I have nothing but great things to say about him. He deserve to be a Lincoln man as long as he desires. He taught us how to be men and taught us how to get through any life situation.

Man this is still so surreal in my eyes...... My first year here I came on the team as a walk on, coach told me if I can play he will do what he can to get me a scholarship....... I was going to go to a different school because I had other offers and he knew that but I can see the sincerity in his eyes........ It wasn't going to be easy but if he was dedicated to me I'll be dedicated to him....... Not only did I get the scholarship he promised me, he pushed me to new heights I never thought I could reach....... Having not played basketball in 4 years he got me back in shape and I was the starting center and second leading scorer....... The men's program was expected to finish in 5th place, we ended up winning 20 games and the division....... That shows you as a coach your players played their hearts out for you and as a coach you worked your butt off to give us the tools we needed to win...... We can talk basketball all day but it's more to coach Hill then basketball: He gives great advice just because he wants to be a coach that people look at and says he cared about his players....... I know a lot of coaches who use their players to win and after they win they be on to the next player: With coach hill his players from 2010 still come back to support him and tell him how much they appreciate all he has done for them....... It took me by surprise to see alum players come back with so much support for a coach they even designed shirts and hats for us: That's love and respect for a man they grew to love........ I can go on and on about Coach Hill but hate him or love him you have to respect how he has turned the Lincoln men's basketball program around into a winning team, you have to respect his 92% graduation rate, you have to respect that he turns his players into well groomed respected men, and you have to respect that he is a friendly person that has received the love and respect from a lot of people on Lincoln Campus...... Please Reinstate Coach Hill

Coach Hill is the whole reason our program turned arounded. And he will be the reason for a championship along with better talent for years to comes

I think this is a disgrace . Coach Hill is a positive leader on and off the court for these young men. He has their best interest at heart. Please reconsider reinstatement.
