This hard working man deserves not only to have his job back but he should be shown the same dedication from First Energy that he was showing to them. First Energy should be ashamed of the way that they are treating Billy. He was in his 14th hour of work, in a physically demanding job. First Energy pushed him into having this accident. First Energy needs to accept responsibility for their actions and give Billy his job back and do anything they can to help him recover.
