For once West Penn Power do the right thing. Your prices are outlandish and your service is far from good. Don't worry about your safety records, worry about doing the right thing for a man who almost gave his life to this company. Either give him his job back or give him severance pay so that him and his family are financially set for life.

The company should be held accountable , to give someone a job dealing with electricity putting himself and others in danger .

20 years ago I worked at the Vandergrift, West Penn Power. There was a one armed man who worked with me. After his "accident" they gave him an office job. This makes me sick the First Energy has treated this 8 year lineman. Time for a change.

Billy, I had the same thing happen to me that happened to you. I got hurt on the job & was terminated. I also worked for one of the local utility companies. I fought them & won! It took over a year! Don't give up!! Fight them with everything you've got!! These companies think they can do anything they want to their employees. What they did is wrong on so many different levels! Fight!!!

It as an accident. He said he was following safety protocal. Bill said he loved his work and the man has a family to support. Times are hard for a lot of people in todays world.
