The Brookhaven Animal shelter needs Ashley Behrens. She went above and beyond for that shelter and the animals there. I was a volunteer there and saw what Ashley did for those animals. She loved every single animal that came to that shelter. I seen how some shelters were managed and it was heartbreaking. When I walked through the doors of Brookhaven and saw how much the director Ashley Behrens loved those animals . This shelter and the animals that live there and walk in and out those doors need her! That shelter will never be the same without Ashley Behrens.
Ashley has done wonders for this shelter and the animals that find themselves there. Please reinstate her immediately. The animals need her and we as rescuers need her.
