I feel the handbook should be followed . It seems the rules are being made up to facilitate Mr. Hightower’s taking over her position.

Alex has done a wonderful job. She needs to be brought back. She has a good reputation. She is well qualified for her job. She has made great changes and upgrades to the airport. It would be a shame to loose her.

Alex had done an amazing job at the airport she always puts the airport her staff and all the pilots ahead of herself. Without her leadership there things will not get done and Mr Hightower has no clue what's going on and is not from this community and have no commitment to the community like Alex does.

The fact that this non diverse group of men would punish a woman for standing up for herself and setting the standard that sexual harassment is UNACCEPTABLE is…in a word…unsurprising. How sad. Do better for your community, do better for the women in this town, and I hope you’re able to look in the mirror every day and feel as ashamed of yourselves as you deserve to feel. If I could sign this petition a million times I would, and I hope a petition calling for the resignation of the board president comes around soon, because I would absolutely love to sign that, as well.
