Antonio has helped make Fiddletown, Plymouth,, Shenandoah Valley, River Pines and the following areas safer for 37 years. He has seen more things than any of us would want to see and yet he volunteered all those hours to help his community! AFPD needs to reinstate Antonio as Battalion Chief immediately!

Antonio has always shown professionalism and compassion during my experience with him as a firefighter in Plymouth. I was shocked to learn he has done all his hours of service as a volunteer!

My maiden name is Halbritter and my family is the Sleeper's and Crain's. Mr. Moreno is an outstanding citizen and is one of the main reasons Amador County is such a safe and loving community. I grew up with his son and many of our friends grew up to become firefighters as a direct reflection of Mr. Moreno's dedication, honesty, loyalty, love, and selflessness. Letting him go after 40 years is absolutely wrong and disheartening to every life he has touched in our county.

I grew up in Plymouth with Antonio Moreno and his family. This is a person that is dedicated, hard working and he has unparalleled integrity. With his geographic knowledge, ties to the community and desire to volunteer, his termination seems retaliatory due to politics. I am signing the petition because he should be reinstated immediately to help protect the safety and well being of the Plymouth, Fiddletown, River Pines and Willow Creek citizens.
