There is not a more dedicated and caring individual than Antonio. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to care for the people of Amador Co. Not reinstating him would hurt this community rather than help. I know that me and my family feel less safe now knowing that he is not on the Fire Dept.

I have know Chief Moreno since 2006. He and his team have been amazing. They even came to my Drytown house in the middle of the night when my smoke alarms went off...they were at the highest point in the house (20 feet) so no way could I handle them. Alway polite and professional. The fact that he has been “dismissed” is totally unacceptable and reeks of “politics”. Please do the right thing and reinstate Chief Moreno.

Antonio has been a dedicated public servant for so manys years. He's been the light in the darkest times for so many in the community and to dismiss his service is a disservice to the whole community. He deserves the respect he has earned over all these years volunteering himself to literally run into fire for others. The volunteers should be held with the upmost respect and treated accordingly.
