My job and the people and children at my job are the reason I wake up every day and do what I do. A year and a half ago I couldn't have imagined myself being a behavior therapist or doing the work that I do. I love all the kids and would like just one more chance to be able to do my job and be reconsidered for early rehire. I am a big contribution to the company I feel like and even start to think about being any where else besides this company. If I could please get a few signatures to petition and have a few people on my side when I take my reconsideration for rehire to HR it would be greatly appreciated. I love all of y'all and thank you so much for fighting for me.

Naudia is great with the kids and an amazing person to work with. When I first started back in May she was one of the first people to welcome me and definitely made me feel like part of the BI family. We miss her and we would love to have her back!
Naudia is one of the best therapists at our clinic! She loves her kids and works so hard for them.
Naudia is the sweetest person I’ve met at BI . She truly cares and has a strong passion for the kids we work with. I believe in my heart she deserves a second chance. The overall clinic will benefit with such an employee as her .
