There is way too many druggies around this area so this town needs a little more just known as 'little Baltimore'

If we don't begin to make changes to help with this issue it's going to consume the entire community. To those who worry about bringing addicts into your neighborhood, look around you!! Isn't it better to offer treatment and have a chance at creating a productive citizen than continuing this crazy notion that only other people are effected. Trust me, we are ALL affected by the heroine crisis in this area.

It saddens me that there is any opposition to this.

I agree that we need a facility in our area.

As a recovering addict and someone who has lost people to addiction, tearing down a facility where people can get help is traumatizing. No one shoud have to die of this disease ever again, and tearing down a place where recovery is limited is only making it harder for addicts to get help.

I lost a sister 4 months ago to a drug overdose. There needs to be more treatment options for local addicts.

We can't begin to heal without first providing the necessary professional resources to do so.

This needs to happen. We have an epidemic on our hands and we must strike it head on by establishing a network of people and an institution to reach out to the sick and needy.
