This should be a priority for martinsburg, not excuses about zoning!!! We all know they make buckets of money off the addicts, but too many lives are lost, parents leaving small children orphaned, parents losing their children, these lives can and should be saved!!! Screw the dirty cops and politicians that keep the drugs in circulation, that keep the addicts from the ability to get help, zoning isn't the real problem, it's them trying to decide which way brings them more bank!!!!! BUILD THE REHAB CENTER!!!!!!!! SAVE LIVES!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Rehabilitation Center is much needed in the area and that property is not in a good industrial zone anymore which means the building may just go to waste otherwise.

When people begin realizing this is an epidemic and very destructive disease, or it happens in their family, you'll have more support than you ever imagined! Very sad indeed!
