Unregulated utilities are ludicrious. All other utilities are regulated because monopolies are not in the best interest of the consumer especially for necessities.. We grant the utilities access to OUR natural Resources and pay them to distribute them. They do not own the water.

How about reducing the minimum water charge too! We pay $85/month half the year with our water SHUT OFF when we are gone. Thanks!!!

Piedmont Water is a total travesty. The water is horrible and prices are ridiculous. The customer service is horrible. They show no respect for hard working paying customers.

Over the years I have had seven different water providers. The water from Piedmont water is the worst quality and most expensive I have ever had 3 times the cost of our last home in Henry County.

Piedmont Water has charged exorbitant rates and provided subpar water for years. We cannot drink from the faucets and continue to have black granules in our bathroom faucets. Also, my understanding is that they siphon water from Lake Oconee, a readily available source which I would think should be more cost effective.
